    1. Knowledge: Be able to describe how surveys are used to assess management philosophy, organizational culture, and systemic stressors
    2. Knowledge: Be able to identify the7 Steps in a Malcolm Baldridge Organizational Evaluation
    3. Skill: Be able to apply the Malcolm Baldridge Organizational Evaluation Tool to a client situation

    Diagnosing the Organization

    1. Knowledge: Be able to describe a basic framework for organizational functioning (health) and need (the gap that needs consulting intervention)
    2. Knowledge: Gain awareness of identity as a factor in group and organizational dynamics and how to determine those that have impact in the current situation
    3. Skill: Recognize one’s own elements of identity and how to assess their impact or relation to the client group/organization
    4. Skill: Be able to use the influence and/or impact of identities when diagnosing work group/organizational problems and adapt interventions so they are appropriate and effective

    Diagnosing the Organization (Part 2)

    1. Knowledge:  Know the basics on kinds of organizational performance measures and how to identify them
    2. Skill:  Be able to apply training as social scientists to charting and plotting measures
    3. Skill: Be able to apply the above to a real world organizational client situation

    Making a Positive Difference in the Organization

    1. Knowledge: Understand how to transition from the diagnostic phase to intervention phase of client work, and appreciate the overlap in these phases
    2. Knowledge: Know a few key tools to beginning the implementation phase of working with a client organization
    3. Skills: Be able to apply the Baldridge Model to guide specific actions in the consulting project

    Making a Positive Difference in the Organization (Part 2)

    1. Knowledge: Know the basics on kinds of organizational change management systems
    2. Knowledge: Understand the management of a typical organizational change project
    3. Skill: Be able to apply steps of a change management system in a client's organization
    4. Knowledge: Understand the importance of gathering and using feedback throughout a client engagement to adjust actions and insights toward better outcomes
